At Casa & Beyond, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
